Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service
   We provide only installation and repair services for water treatment equipment.
   We do not sell or supply any equipment or products.
2. Service Charges
   All service charges will be provided upfront, based on the job.
   Additional charges may apply for extra parts or services.
3. Payment Terms
   Payment is due upon completion of the service.
   We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.
4. Warranty
   We offer a 30-day warranty on all repair services.
   Warranty covers only labor and parts replaced during the service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
   The customer must ensure the work area is accessible and safe.
   The customer must provide accurate details about the equipment.
6. Scheduling
   Services will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
   Any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Liability
   We are not liable for any damages caused by faulty equipment or misuse.
   Our liability is limited to the repair or installation service provided.
8. Cancellations
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
   A cancellation fee may apply if notice is not given in time.
9. Service Limitations
   We only provide services within the Delhi region.
   We do not handle equipment sales, replacements, or manufacturer warranties.
