Our services are available globally, but the following policy outlines the terms and conditions of our international operations, including service delivery, shipping, and installation.
2. Scope of Services
Anubhaw Enterprises (Abhishek Kumar) exclusively provides the following services:
Water Treatment Equipment Installation: Professional installation of water treatment systems at client locations.
Water Treatment Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Regular servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of existing water treatment systems.
Please note, Anubhaw Enterprises (Abhishek Kumar) does not sell water treatment equipment. We only offer service-related support to systems supplied by clients or third-party suppliers.
3. International Service Availability
We offer our services to clients around the world, but service availability may depend on the region, local infrastructure, and technical requirements. Our operations are divided into two main categories:
On-site Installation and Repair Services:
We can provide on-site services for water treatment equipment installations and repairs in countries where we have operational capacity.
Depending on the location, travel and accommodation expenses may apply in addition to the service fees.
Remote Support:
For regions where on-site service is not immediately available, we offer remote troubleshooting and consultation via video calls, phone, or email.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
As Anubhaw Enterprises (Abhishek Kumar) does not sell any equipment, the client is responsible for providing all necessary water treatment systems or parts. Service delivery will be done within 7-10 working days. However, we do provide support with the following:
Shipping for Spare Parts and Equipment:
For clients needing spare parts for existing systems, we can coordinate with third-party suppliers to help ensure timely delivery of parts to the installation or repair site.
Shipping costs for parts or components are borne by the client, and delivery times vary depending on the supplier's location and international shipping regulations.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the shipment of parts or systems.
5. Payment Terms
Anubhaw Enterprises requires the following for international services:
Advance Payment: For international projects, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Currency: Payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR), but international clients can pay in foreign currencies based on the exchange rates applicable on the transaction date.
Methods of Payment: Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, international wire transfers, and online payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
6. Service Guarantees and Warranty
Installation Warranty: All installations performed by Anubhaw Enterprises (Abhishek Kumar) come with a 6-month warranty for workmanship, starting from the date of installation. This covers any defects in installation but does not cover faults arising from equipment failure or misuse.
Repair Services: For repairs, we offer a 3-month warranty on the service provided. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will provide one-time follow-up repair service free of charge.
Exclusions: Warranties are voided if any external parties interfere with the equipment, or if the system is used in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer guidelines.
7. On-Site Services and Travel Fees
For on-site installation and repairs, Anubhaw Enterprises (Abhishek Kumar) charges additional fees for international travel, accommodation, and daily allowances. These fees are based on the location of the service site and the duration of the project. Our company will provide an estimated cost for travel-related expenses in the service contract.
Estimated Travel Fees:
Travel Costs: Vary based on location; airfare, local transportation, and per diem for accommodation and meals.
On-Site Service Fees: Daily labor charges for our technicians will apply in addition to travel fees.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service delivery, international clients must:
Provide Necessary Equipment: All water treatment equipment and related parts must be provided by the client.
Access and Safety: The client must ensure that the site is accessible and meets safety standards for our technicians.
Preparation: The client should make preparations to minimize downtime (e.g., clear work areas, provide necessary utilities like electricity and water).
9. Liability and Insurance
Liability: Anubhaw Enterprises is not liable for any damages caused to the equipment or property as a result of misuse or improper operation of the water treatment system by the client.
Insurance: Clients are encouraged to have appropriate insurance for their systems and property. Anubhaw Enterprises will not be liable for any loss or damage during the service process unless it results directly from the actions of our technicians.
10. Force Majeure
Anubhaw Enterprises is not liable for any delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, such as floods or earthquakes
Political unrest or war
Health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)
Supply chain disruptions
11. Termination of Agreement
Either party (Anubhaw Enterprise (Abhishek Kumar) or the client) can terminate the service agreement if there is a material breach of terms. In case of termination, any service fees incurred up to the termination date are non-refundable.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between Anubhaw Enterprise (Abhishek Kumar) and an international client:
Governing Law: The terms of service are governed by the laws of India.
Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Patna, Bihar, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
