2. Service Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service appointment or installation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 10% cancellation fee due to operational costs and scheduling adjustments.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a service appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

No Show or Late Cancellation:

In case the customer fails to show up for the scheduled service or cancels less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, a 30% fee of the service charge will be levied. This fee covers the operational costs for preparation and dispatch.

3. Service Issues and Refunds

Workmanship Guarantee:

We provide a 7-day workmanship guarantee for all installation and repair services. If there are any issues directly related to the quality of our work (e.g., faulty installation or repair errors), we will address these issues at no extra cost within the 7-day guarantee period.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be issued in cases where the service is not performed as agreed (e.g., non-completion, failure to meet the specified quality standard, etc.) or if we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable time frame (typically within 7 days from the initial service date).

Partial Refunds:

In cases where part of the service has been completed (e.g., partial repairs or installations), a partial refund may be provided based on the work done and any expenses already incurred. The refund amount will be determined after a thorough review of the situation.

Non-Refundable Services:

Any costs incurred due to customer-requested changes after the service has begun (such as upgrading, adding extra work, or extending time), or services that were provided as per customer instructions but were later deemed unsatisfactory, are non-refundable.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Due:

Payment for services is due upon completion of the job, unless a different payment schedule has been agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, bank transfers, and digital payment methods.

Advance Payment:

An advance payment of 20% may be required for larger installations or projects. The advance will be credited toward the final service amount.

Refund Process:

Any refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer or digital payment) and typically take 2 days to be credited to your account.

5. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding a service provided, we encourage customers to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all issues in a timely and fair manner.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to a neutral third-party mediator or through local legal channels, based on the applicable laws of Bihar, India.
